In power distribution systems equipped with modern automation systems the preview of parameters and certain drives is a very vital issue. The simplest way of graphic or text presentation is using HMI operator panel located on switchgears elevation. Using modern panels rich in functions it is possible to register and archiving alert events in particular drives, preview of work status and registration of basic work parameters. Using asynchronous exchange of DPV1 data it is possible to configure, from the panel level, all Simocode safety systems integrated in automation system. More complex system of presentation and registration are SCADA visualization systems based on PC computers. They make accessible great possibilities thanks to which we can:

  • run and archive registration of alert and warning events
  • run reporting functions of all events in automation system,
  • register and archive all analog values as graphic waveforms (currents, voltage, powers, etc.)
  • configure every Simocode safety system individually or conduct group changes of parameters
  • run power balances for particular drives and whole power distribution system

In our visualization applications we use only tested and stable visualization systems. The most frequently used are WinCC and iFIX Intellution platforms. In case of accomplishment of difficult projects we support on application created by individually, written in Visual Basic. So far we have created:

  • visualization system of power distribution systems that integrates all supplied drives in this system
  • visualization systems of switchgears and ATS systems designed on IT modules
  • systems that control work of all drives in switchgears with possibility to configure their safety systems from the level of operator panel
  • systems that control work of ATS systems in low and medium voltage switchgears
