Rapidly developing technologies of chemical and electrochemical applying of coating on steel elements and PVC require using modern production lines with automatic control systems. The quality of the final product and size as well as repetition of the production became one of the basic assumptions in modernizations and construction of new plating lines. The high quality and repeatability of the production is affected by many factors, both from technological and technical scope. From technical factors the most important are:

• registration and reporting of the production in order to analyse the quality of production
• properly regulated water – sewage economy
• holding stable parameters of chemical baths
• possibility of interference in the technological process

From the very beginning of our activity we are connected with Industrial Service s.c company for which we design, make and activate automation systems in plating shops as well as sewage neutralizers. We conduct technical consulting on large scale in the scope of improving the quality of production. We implement modern automation systems and develop reporting software which are fitted to needs of every customer. We run, on request of every customer, year-long automation system service with use of telephone lines (Phone-service). In our current accomplishments we are the most proud of:
